Pit of Despair

The pit of despair is now looking for a new purpose.  Any ideas?  Suggestions?  We will need to decide soon before its time to mow the lawn.  I can tell you one thing-- I will NEVER clean it out again.  I saw many signs of life in the process today and most of them were totally disgusting. Fortunately, none of them were of the snake family.

 In my last post I showed a link to the 9 Generation Pedigree Chart creation web site.  My fifth fraternal grandmother (My dad's mother's Grandmother on her mothers side- got that?) is Miranda Allen Bateman  If you go into Gardner Village Restaurant and turn toward the down stairs by the hostess desk, you will find a display with  Great Great Grandma Bateman's picture and a sweet story about her and my GGGrandfather Samuel Bateman.
